Dear Maintainer,

DESCRIPTION
Currently, xdg-open can pull you to another workspace.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have dolphin open in another workspace.
2. Open the same folder with `xdg-open <folder name>`

OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma automatically switch you to another workspace.

EXPECTED RESULT
Launch new instance of dolphin.
Or better, you should be able to choose if you want to be able to move to a different activity (or even virtual desktop).
