gweather-locations provides location data for libgweather. This was

Any updates?

Control: retitle -1 RFP: gweather-locations -- gweather location data

The packaging is mostly ready and pushed to the teams' namespace. It was
rejected from NEW because of missing copyright attribution for the .po
files. I started redoing it, but currently I do not have to energy to
continue this.
