OpenSSL 4.0 is in experimental. This package fails to build against it:

Engine support is gone, this needs to become a provider.

Hello, Sebastian.

Yes, this package would need to be removed once we migrate to 4.0, so I'll
leave this open.
Upstream work to convert it to a provider hasn't seen any commits since 7
years.
