Hello, Since a recent upgrade (I would say end of May, but I can't exactly pinpoint the exact moment), the desktop icons are rearranged on each new session. I can rearrange them again (and their positions are stored in `~/.config/xfce4/desktop/icons.screen0.yaml` but this is lost after I reconnect.
Hi, Just for you to know, a recent installation of the new `user-session-migration` package seems to have solved the issue for me. Regards, Le ven. 5 juin 2026 à 00:47, Debian Bug Tracking System < owner@bugs.debian.org> a écrit :

Hello, Behavior is back (icons rearranged at each session start) after an update on 2026-06-27. No obvious candidate for a culprit package though. Let me know if I can help. Regards, Le sam. 20 juin 2026 à 11:54, Mathieu Goutelle <m.goutelle@gmail.com> a écrit :
