Thanks for your work here. Could you please create an account on salsa.debian.org and track the packaging separately there? It makes things much cleaner to review going forward. (Don't forget to update Vcs-* fields in control.)

Some additional notes:
 - You can probably merge sections in copyright for one wildcard.
 - Please upgrade the watch file to version 5.
 - You can drop Priority: optional and Rules-Requires-Root: no as a part of Standards-Version 4.7.4.
 - Consider upgrading to debhelper-compat 14.

It otherwise looks okay. Please remove the moreinfo tag once you're ready for another review. Feel free to CC me, if I'm available I'll take another look.
