base-files 14.1 has added a couple of additional licenses to
/usr/share/common-licenses:

  * Add AGPL-3.0, Artistic-2.0, BSL-1.0, CC-BY-3.0, CC-BY-4.0, CC-BY-SA-3.0,
    CC-BY-SA-4.0, GFDL-1.1 and OFL-1.1 to common-licenses, following a
    proposal from Mechtilde Stehmann. Closes: #1136090.

I guess they should be addedd to
lib/Software/LicenseMoreUtils/debian-summaries.yml as a first step to
make it easier for existing/new packages which use cme / the
dpkg-copyright model to handle d/copyright?

Not sure if anything else is needed later on …

Since legal text is often a subject of lengthy discussion, I'd rather have
that discussion before uploading a new version to CPAN.

This is not urgent IMO but having a way to update d/copyright to
point to the new licenses would be nice.

Right... I dropped the ball on this one.

The discussion revealed some issues:

- the notion of license summary is misleading. I should replace it with
something else. as it's more a pointer to the real license text. Some people
mentioned a license grant. So, what should I replace "license summary" with ?
reference, pointer , grant ???

- Currently, the pointed to license should have the complete text available in
Software::License. This would require new PRs.

- On the other hand, since we have a pointer to a license text, requiring the
license text to be provided by Software::License may be overkill. I could also
use the test pointed to. But this would work only on Debian. On the other
hand, it's better than nothing.

Thoughts ?
