These packages can be unpacked concurrently, because there is no
relevant Replaces or Conflicts relation.  Attempting to unpack these
packages concurrently results in an unpack error from dpkg, because none
of the packages installs a diversion for the affected files.

Hi Helmut,

I wonder from where you obtained the package.  In version 3.10-6 which
there is no such package any more and this is in testing and unstable.
A conflicts to libgwyddion20-doc from 2.67-1 in stable is set (as well
as to libgwyddion30-doc from previous versions):

$ apt show libgwyddion-doc | egrep 'Version|Conflicts|Provides|Replaces'
Version: 3.10-6
Provides: libgwyddion20-doc, libgwyddion30-doc
Conflicts: libgwyddion20-doc, libgwyddion30-doc
Replaces: libgwyddion20-doc, libgwyddion30-doc

Can you please be more verbose what might be wrong?

Hi Andreas,

The package libgwyddion30-doc is no longer built. At the time of the
filing of the bug report, it still existed in unstable. Meanwhile (maybe
cruft removal?), it has been removed from unstable. With its removal,
the rc bug goes away.

libgwyddion-doc is not a subject of this bug report. The problem was
with libgwyddion30-doc only.

Unfortunately, this is only partially true. It has been removed from
unstable/amd64, but it still exists in unstable/i386, because the source
package is bd-uninstallable there, so this rc bug really still does
apply until either it gets built on i386 or someone removes the old
binary package.

Helmut had a good catch to spot some remainings from the libgwyddion doc
package.  The packaging has migrated to an unversioned package:

$ rmadison libgwyddion-doc
libgwyddion-doc | 3.10-6        | testing    | all
libgwyddion-doc | 3.10-6        | unstable   | all

Unfortunately there are remainings of the old 2.x doc and from the
packaging that bumped the version of the package name:

$ rmadison -s unstable libgwyddion20-doc libgwyddion30-doc
libgwyddion20-doc | 2.67-1        | unstable   | all
libgwyddion30-doc | 3.10-5        | unstable   | all

Please remove both packages
    libgwyddion20-doc   and
    libgwyddion30-doc
from unstable since these are cruft and blocking the migration.
