Dear Maintainer,

Since version 2.3.0, SFCGAL has introduced an optional dependency on Eigen.
This dependency enables additional simplification strategies in the `surfaceSimplification` algorithm.

It can be enabled at build time using the `SFCGAL_WITH_EIGEN` flag.

Would it be possible to enable this option?

PostGIS doesn't use it AFAIK, so what's the point of enabling the feature?
