unclear (i.e. not documented in d/changelog)m
Can you expand how your relation is to this package?
It this coordinated with the RoCM packaging team?
Did you reach out to them to ask them to sponsor this
upload?

Yes this is part of a coordinated rocm stack upgrade. Christian Bayle is
already on it for sponsorship we are actively discussing the progress on
debian-ai matrix channel.
