Dear Maintainer,

This bug appeared a couple of months ago after an upgrade.
The app has no Location Bar shown on its startup window.
Opening "Configure toolbar" shows that the Location Bar is
located under "Current Actions", but that is ineffective.
Moving "Location Bar" to "Available actions" is part of a solution.
Left clicking on "Apply" or on "OK" causes konqueror to close.
When restarted the "Configure Toolbar" menu allows the
"Location Bar" to be moved from the "Current Actions" into the
"Current Actions" works, and a left click on "Apply" causes
the Location Bar to appear and to function correctly.
