Dear Maintainer,

in my memory this was never an issue as long as I had kernels v6.x
installed. Since I upgraded to v7.x I have been getting these excessive
kernel warnings (up to around 10 per second, so that I am forced to
clean up logs almost daily).
One of the USB 3.0 Type A connectors also stopped working, another USB A
port does still work.

(I am wondering if this is also related to having suspend difficulties
with this machine since about the same time, with the logs reporting
   usb usb4: PM: dpm_run_callback(): usb_dev_suspend [usbcore] returns -16
   usb usb4: PM: failed to suspend async: error -16
afterwards.)

I realize now that this is actually not a software but a hardware issue, it has
nothing to do with upgrading to kernel v7.0.x.
(I managed to reproduce it by booting from an old USB stick and could see the
same log entries for kernel v5.0.)

So I close this again (sorry for the noise).
