Dear Maintainer,

In Vivaldi Browser or the app Obsidian, the Numpad Delete Function is
undefined.
Vivaldi in Emulated LinuxMint 22.3 works fine

I think, it's a debian wayland problem.
Mate ok
xfce ok
plasma x11 ok
gnome ok
plasma or gnome or cinnamon on wayland failed
