 .
 * New upstream release.
 * debian/patches: Update '0001_libsoup3.patch' for new upstream release.

 - Version 1.26.3-5 already included metar update. (Closes: #1133207).
 * debian/control: Bump Standards-Version to 4.7.4
 * debian/copyright: Provide license information for files missing it.

 - Remove redundant files not included in upstream release tarball.
 - Use latest SPDX Identifiers in place of deprecated ones.
 * debian/watch: Switch to version 5.

Regards,
Sui Vue

Wait. Since when do we use in Debian a dget package manager?
And what is this weird file format (I am just a Newbie)

Hi,
That is from RFS template. I did not change anything. It is the same in other RFS bugs reports.
As I am new here (this is my first upload to mentors), if you have a specific workflow and
want to get the source package in a different way, please let me know.
You mean, `.dsc'? That is a metadata file for source packages. It is generally read as, Debian Source Control. But I have also seen some read it as DeSCption.

You would have to join the team to have this sponsored as team upload.
If you cannot join, please file a bug report asking for the new version
and if nobody acts you can ask for this to be sponsored as NMU.

Either way: You have to say explicitly in the changelog "Team upload" or
"Non-maintainer upload".
