Hi,

a user in the #debian IRC channel pointed out that the URI
http://snapshot.debian.net/ renders a HTTP 503 error instead of anything
meaningful. I asked the DSA team and they adsb pointed out that the
decision lies within the snapshots team what to do with the domain.

Since it's a historical relict and the official site is at
https://snapshot.debian.org/, I suggest either dropping the domain
altogether, returning a 404, or redirecting to the official domain. It's
worth pointing out that there still might be old apt repo entries still
pointing at it, worth keeping in mind when implementing a fix.
