austin B-D: python3 (>= 3.8), python3 (<< 3.14~), thus it's no longer buildable
in sid, with python3 being 3.14. The upstream version 4.0.0 says "Added support
for CPython 3.14." in the changelog.

FWIW I tried to upgrade to 4.0.0 a while back, but got these autopkgtest
failures which I don't understand and haven't had time to figure out:
