I uploaded a package a new version of a package

I set the changelog 30 mins in the future

   * What was the outcome of this action?

The changelog being in the future caused it not to build reproducibly, see
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=1141077.

   * What outcome did you expect instead?

It would have been really useful if lintian had warned me
