Hello,

I would like to request a transition slot for flint.  Version 3.6.0, recently uploaded to experimental, introduces a soversion bump from libflint23 -> libflint24.  The generated tracker [1] looks correct.

flint's reverse dependencies are:
* e-antic
* form
* gyoto
* msolve
* normaliz
* singular
* macaulay2
* polymake

I have confirmed that, with the exception of e-antic, all of these packages will require only a binNMU.  e-antic, on the hand, will require a patch due to [2].

macaulay2 is involved in the "Python 3.14 as default" transition. So
let's wait for that one to finish.
