Dear Maintainer,

The paste.debian.net service was replaced entirely some time ago, and
the new implementation does not include the XML-RPC API that this
package relies on. The package is thus entirely non-functional. It
should either be updated (rewritten?) to support the new API, or
removed.

removed.

I have not found a new implementation, and I won't have the time
developing one.

Unless I'm mistaken, its dependency, elpa-xml-rpc, has only got
elpa-debpaste as reverse dependency, so maybe it should be removed
as well.
