I'll do what I can to help, but am not familiar with the kernel bug reporting
process.
This occurs using Jan running a cogito_8b model on startup.  No actions have
been taken to
resolve this issue, but I can run other models without problems. I would just
consider it
an issue with Jan or the model, but even if they are the problem, they probably
shouldn't
be causing a panic.

This is consistent behavior -- an oom panic can be caused by starting Jan.
