With the downgrade to 20191224, the database now contains
incorrect/obsolete data, making it useless, and even potentially
harmful.

For instance, with the 20260113 version:

$ geoiplookup 212.133.41.47
GeoIP Country Edition: FR, France

and with the 20191224 version:

$ geoiplookup 212.133.41.47
GeoIP Country Edition: GB, United Kingdom

The obsolete entries should be removed from the database.

I've discussed with Patrick Matthäi, and the plan for forky is to remove
this package.

For (old)stable the options are obsolete, empty or illegal - and
obsolete is IMHO the least bad option here.

DB-IP Lite is available under the same license that MaxMind previously used for GeoLite2.
