gnote has been removed from Debian on i386 and ppc64el. This means
that cairo-dock-tomboy-plug-in is uninstallable on those
architectures. This needs to be fixed before cairo-dock-plugins can
return to Testing.

One way to handle this is to add Build-Depends: gnote and then file a
removal bug for cairo-dock-plug-ins for i386 & ppc64el.

Another way to fix it is to specify the list of architectures that
cairo-dock-tomboy-plug-in
should be built for and file a removal bug for cairo-dock-tomboy-plug-in for
architectures where it will no longer be built.
