upstream-pytest-http-openssl and upstream-pytest-http-gnutls autopkgtests have
Depends: dante-server, which is not available on armhf:
https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=dante

Thus they fail there:

Hello,

I don't have any experience porting, nor access to armhf hardware, so
it's going to be difficult for me to fix [1].

Before I either set this bug to wishlist or start guessing at solutions,
I'm requesting a person who knows what they're doing take a quick look
at this. Maybe there's some kind of armhf team somewhere? It did not
surface with my first attempt at a web search.

Best,
Antonio

Control: tags -1 + help

There is a porting team mailing list for each architecture (except
i386), documented in e.g.
<https://wiki.debian.org/Teams/Debbugs/ArchitectureTags>. I've cc'd them
here.

reportbug has some automation to cc porting teams and add appropriate
usertags, but its heuristic for recognising architecture-specific bugs
doesn't seem to have caught #1141957 when it was reported.
