I think the error message is a lie (reported as
<https://github.com/KhronosGroup/Vulkan-Loader/issues/1993>)
and the actual problem is that the codegen has a new dependency on
python3-pyparsing, which you haven't added to Build-Depends yet. I haven't
tested the result of adding that B-D, but it looks promising so far!
