   * What led up to the situation? Unable to install webcamoid (v 9.4.0) on
Unstable
   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)? Attempted to install webcamoid on newly installed Debian
Unstable.
   * What was the outcome of this action?  Error indicating qml6-module-
qtgraphicaleffects package is uninstallable. A search indicates this package is
not available. If this package has not yet been packaged advise if there needs
to be a package request be filed.

   * What outcome did you expect instead? Package readily installs with all
deps
