Dear Maintainer, vlsub upstream has been dead for a while now. I managed to
keep it working after patching some bug in regarding floats (i dont remember
much as i did it a few years ago)

But recently (last month) subtitles has been downloaded as empty files

I checked it out and it seems open subtitles has a new official plugin
(https://blog.opensubtitles.com/opensubtitles/vlsub-opensubtitles-com-
revolutionizing-subtitle-integration-for-vlc) with license gplv3
(https://github.com/opensubtitles/vlsub-opensubtitles-com.git)

I tried it out and it seems to work better than the old one

It would be nice to have it oficially packaged specially because the old one
does not work any more :)
