A new build of xsimd fails with the error:

dh_sphinxdoc: error: debian/libxsimd-doc/usr/share/doc/libxsimd-dev/html/_sources/build.rst.txt is missing


xsimd has no special configuration for dh_sphinxdoc,
and definitely no explicit reference to build.rst.txt

Is this error a new feature of sphinx 9.1.0-6?
Are other packages affected?

I suspect this is likely a bug in the doc configuration for xsimd
14.3.0.
I meant to cancel this bug report but my fingers slipped before I could
cancel.
Will inspect the xsimd 14.3.0 doc config further.

Probably it's caused by introduction of empty docs/source/build.rst in
https://github.com/xtensor-stack/xsimd/pull/1360.

It looks like that file is not used anywhere, so perhaps you can add it
to your debian/clean and submit a PR upstream to remove it.
