Hi Javier,

when inspecting packages that were not uploaded by their maintainer
I stumbled upon dns-browse and noticed that its not featuring a watch
file.  I've attached one to this bug report.

I also noticed some URIs with http instead of https this could be fixed
as well.  I would happily do so by migrating dns-browse to Debian team
on Salsa.  If you would even agree that this package can be maintained
by Debian Commons team[1] this would simplify contributing to this
package.
