I'm filing this bug with severity important since the Debian copyright is
refering to the wrong place.  The current Homepage is

(d/copyright refers to rawhide).  At

https://draconx.ca/archive/rarpd-dx/

version 1 can be downloaded - so please package this one.

Remark: I can happily step in to package this if you agree that this
package can be moved to Debian team on Salsa.  I prefer to choose Debian
Commons as maintainer.

Just let me know if I should migrate the packaging to this team.
