since Github changed its API a couple of years ago your watch file is not
working any more.  Just try this:


Version: 5

Template: Github
Dist: https://github.com/microformats/php-mf2


as debian/watch.  It will also tell you that there is a new upstream version.
I will not file a separate bug about this.  If you grant me permission to
migrate the package to the PHP team I can do that upgrade as well.
