Dear Maintainer,

KMyMoney allows users to enter the financial details of added
institutions and accounts, with the available details primarily based on
those used in Europe and the United States.  These include BIC + Routing
Number for financial institutions, and either IBAN + BIC or Account
Number + Institution Code for payee/payer accounts.

Here in Australia, we don't use IBAN or Routing Numbers.  We have Bank
State Branch (BSB) numbers for domestic transfers and SWIFT codes for
international transfers.

So when adding an Australian financial institution, it should be
possible to include its BSB + SWIFT instead of IBAN + Routing Number.
And when specifying an Australian payee/payer, it should be possible to
include their Account Number + BSB (+ SWIFT optionally) instead of IBAN
+ BIC.
