* poppler 26.07 removed appendToPath() from goo/gfile.h

The attached patch adds poppler version probes to configure.ac following
the existing convention, passes EndOfLineHyphenMode::RemoveAll (matching
the previous hard-coded behaviour), and inlines the trivial Unix path
append. All changes are version-guarded, so the patch is a no-op with the
current poppler (26.01) and is safe to apply now, ahead of the transition

(which is the source for xpdf) - the Debian package just needs updating
to the current version as usual.

There's also a more subtle bit of breakage: Poppler 26.05 silently
removed support for piped command output in PSOutputDev, where writing
PostScript to a filename like "|foo" opens the output using popen.
I've worked around this in xpopple, which depends on it for printing,
but if you're doing Poppler updates, you might want to check that the
same thing doesn't break other programs...
