etckeeper is a key package since today for some unknown reason (I guess that is fine)

It is also turning breezy into a key package and lot more
other packages recursively, I'd like to avoid that.

Can you please tag the "brz" & "git" build-dependency as 'nocheck',
alike to what is already done for "fakeroot" ?
