Hi Bas,

python-deprecated has become as key package, I will check why elsewhere if that make sense.

In the meantime, please mark python3-pytest & python3-pytest-cov as <!nocheck>
to avoid pulling in these too inside the key_package set.

python3-wrapt is worth checking too
