I intend to adopt the python-ebooklib package.

It's a python library for reading and writing EPUB2/EPUB3 files. It is
used by calibre, sigil and by many python packages.
It has 1.8k stars on github and is used by 444 packages.

Hello!

Could this issue be re-titled? The current title violates format
"(ITA|ITP|O|RFA|RFH|RFP): package -- description" and as a result the
issue cannot be auto-imported to https://wnpp.debian.net/ . A confirming
title would be e.g. "ITP: python-ebooklib -- Python 3.x library for
EPUB2/EPUB3 manipulation and processing". It would be cool if that could
be fixed — thank you!

PS: python3-ebooklib with "3" would potentially be a better package
     name than python-ebooklib, just my 2 cents.
