Comment: This is an update of our existing registered mirror "repo.mirror.famaserver.com"
(currently timing out — old server was decommissioned). Rebuilt on new
infrastructure at mirror.famaserver.com (IP 45.144.18.7, 1 Gbps, Tehran, Iran).
Old URL http://repo.mirror.famaserver.com/debian/ is still served for continuity.
Synced 4x/day via ftpsync from ftp.de.debian.org; trace:
https://mirror.famaserver.com/debian/project/trace/mirror.famaserver.com
We also mirror Debian CD images (current release, amd64/arm64/armhf/riscv64,
all image types + jigdo) at https://mirror.famaserver.com/debian-cd/ synced
directly from cdimage.debian.org — please also list us as a CD image mirror.
Protocols for both: HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, rsync (modules: debian, debian-cd).

Hi Adam,

Thanks a lot for updating the entry and adding the CD image listing!

Two small follow-ups:

1. The entry kept the old server's architecture line
   (amd64 arm64 armel armhf i386 mips64el mipsel ppc64el riscv64 s390x).
   The new mirror carries only:

     Archive-architecture: amd64 arm64 armhf i386 riscv64

(plus all and source), as the Architectures-Configuration line in
https://mirror.famaserver.com/debian/project/trace/mirror.famaserver.com
shows. Could you update that line so users on armel, mips64el, mipsel,
   ppc64el and s390x aren't directed to us?

2. Since the pages were regenerated this morning (9 Oct), we no longer
   appear on https://www.debian.org/mirror/list or
https://www.debian.org/CD/http-ftp/ at all — the Iran section is gone,
although mirror-master shows mirror.famaserver.com as up to date
(score 20.53 and rising). Is this just the new entry building up
history, or is something else needed on our side?

Thanks,
Navid Naghdi — FamaServer

Hi,

I've updated the architecture list.

Yes, so far as the mirror list is concerned this is an entirely new
mirror, so it will need to build and maintain its own reputation score
under the new name.

Regards,

Adam
