I orphan the dlang-openssl package with consent of the former
maintainer Konstantinos Margaritis.  It makes sense to maintain
the package in the D team in case someone might like to pick up
this package.

The package description is:
 D bindings for openssl. This is just a set of D source files to be used
 with 'import'. When linking the user still has to link to libssl manually.
