Hi,

I'm convinced the bts gets confused by a binary openqa package not build
from the src:openqa package. Hence I reassign this bug to a binary of
the latter (which technically is not where the bug resides).

Be warned, this will likely be a problem for future bugs moving forward,
as I'm not expecting the bts to get fixed any time soon (the issue is
known for years).
