Dear Maintainer,

Vivaldi extension doesn't open the popup extension when clicking on extension
icon in the bar, but works with the right-click of the mouse.
It's impossible change settings or use all the features that are different from
filling a form in a page.

Vivaldi isn't in Debian.  You'll need to report this to wherever you got
the package from, not to the Debian bug tracking system.
