It seems that over the years I have taken over maintenance for
too many packages and I cannot really give all of them the care
that they deserve. Thus, I request an adopter for the libzstd package.

Note that libzstd is somewhat important, one might even go so far as to
call it pseudo-essential, since dpkg depends on it. Also, it is currently
being maintained within the Debian RPM packaging team, so a new
maintainer may want to either join the team or move the Salsa repo out.

The package description is:
 Zstd, short for Zstandard, is a fast lossless compression algorithm, targeting
 real-time compression scenarios at zlib-level compression ratio.
