using sbuild and a reduced chroot with only build-essential packages.

reassign and add an affects on src:rust-asn1-rs, so that this is still

As well as causing a FTBFS, this also causes an autopkgtest failure, which is
blocking the migration of the new version of rust-hex-literal to testing.

The fix is a trivial bump of the cargo dev-dependency, I have attatched
a debdiff to this mail and if I get no response will probablly NMU in a
week or so.

We believe that the bug you reported is fixed in the latest version of
rust-asn1-rs, which is due to be installed in the Debian FTP archive.

A summary of the changes between this version and the previous one is
attached.
