#1143534 debci: Try removing more rust-* riscv64 packages from reject list

Is the reject list for ci.debian.net public? rust-debcargo 2.8.3-1
skips most autopkgtests on riscv64 so as rust-* packages are rebuilt
over time, the ci.debian.net load from riscv64 should decrease. Some
packages where the autopkgests would time out on riscv64 are now more
likely to complete before the deadline.

If you give us a list of the rust-* riscv64 packages on the reject
list, we can make sure they are rebuilt and maybe they can then be
removed from the reject list.

For example, I noticed rust-glib appears to be on the riscv64 reject
list but the updated version just migrated to testing today.
