Debian testing migration is broken again and has been for several
days.

I have manually run
  DGIT_RELEASE=unstable /usr/share/dgit-infrastructure/debian/tag2upload-builder-rebuild trixie
on the builder host to rebuild the t2u builder image with this bugfix.

To avoid that the cron job undoes this, I have commented out that line
with
  EDITOR=ed crontab -e

It should be restored a few days after dgit >=16.5 has migrated to
testing.
