It seems that over the years I have taken over maintenance for
too many packages and I cannot really give all of them the care
that they deserve. Thus, I request an adopter for the libzstd package.

The package is currently under the maintenance of the Debian RPM
packaging team; it might be best if it remained there, since its main
functionality is related to RPM/YUM/DNF repositories.

The package description is:
 A deltarpm contains the differences between an old and a new version of
 an RPM. This makes it possible to recreate the new RPM from the
 deltarpm and the old RPM.

 On Debian and derived systems these tools may be useful for creating
 and maintaining repositories of RPM packages.
