Some recent changes [0] have pulled flask into the key package set.

We are trying to shrink this set to RC bug get promptly worked on.

Can you please mark python3-flask as <!nocheck>

That's all

I tried to rebuild with "sbuild --profile=nocheck" and everything went fine.
