using sbuild and a reduced chroot with only build-essential packages.

fully reproducible.

If this is really a bug in one of the build-depends, please use
reassign and add an affects on src:spice, so that this is still
visible in the BTS web page for this package.

This seems to be a bug in gcc, since this is an anonymous union, which
requires just *one* field to be specified, because this is what actually
exist there given the context (other fields don't exist).

But it's a known isssue, it seems, and there's a workaround already, so
I'll upload a new version.
