Please unblock package libdbd-oracle-perl to use more restrictive
dependencies and drop i386 architecture.
[ Reason ]
The Oracle Instant Client major version is now explicitly stated
in debian/control to match the version where Oracle packages
install libraries and headers.
On the other hand, i386 architecture is no longer supported by
Oracle since major version 23. Therefore, no binaries for this
architecture can be built with version 23.
[ Impact ]
Issues with time_t transition caused libdbd-oracle-perl to leave
testing and therefore it wasn't included in trixie (Bug#1069101).
I'd like it to be included back in forky, and maybe trixie-pu.
[ Tests ]
DBD::Oracle tests succeeded in salsa gitlab-ci.
[ Risks ]
Many fixes and updates were made since DBD::Oracle 1.83, which
is now obsolete.
The reverse-depends list this package as an optional requirement.
