I am preparing a Hickory transition from 0.25 → 0.26. icann-rdap-cli build depends on 0.25, so this will cause it to FTBFS.

Please prepare an update to Hickory 0.26.

same as with the rust-git2 ones, this is not actionable as hickory 0.26
isn't in debian yet.

can you please the packages that you want people to update to
experimental before filling a bug report?
