With upload of 0.8.0-1 of golang-github-anacrolix-chansync the
golang-github-anacrolix-sync package no longer have any reverse
dependencies in Debian, thus I don't think we should ship it in forky.

I'm opening this bug to trigger testing removal.

Eventually I think golang-github-anacrolix-sync can be removed, but
let's wait some time to find out if we need it for some reason.
