Dear maintainer,

I am preparing a git2 transition from 0.20 → 0.21. git-delta only B-Ds on unversioned librust-git2-dev, but Cargo.toml pins git = "0.20". It also needs changes for 0.21.

I have attached a debdiff fixing this.
