Dear maintainer,

slurm-wlm build-depends on libucx-dev which is no longer available on
armhf, s390x, and i386. Hence, the package is BD-Uninstallable on those
architectures. Please ensure that the package can be built without
libucx-dev on those architectures or get the binaries of slurm-wlm
removed.
